Scope of Responsibilities: |
Provide systems analysis and development ability to Lakeside Management. Support and educate user community. |
Key Duties: |

Quality Manager
|
Scope of Responsibilities: |
Provide direction and leadership to quality department while managing customer quality requirements. |
Key Duties: |
- Lead and manage technical staff in QC, QE, Metrology and PPAP functions consistent with
the TS16949 requirements
- Ensure Customer launch deliverables and due dates are met (APQP etc.)

Program Manager

Scope of Responsibilities: |
Provide systems analysis and development ability to Lakeside Management. Support and educate user community. |
Key Duties: |
- Evaluate and update new and existing tool sources.
- Estimate engineering revisions to ensure that tool sources are a fair market value
- Assist in the quotation and cycle time of parts
- Check design concept of tool and follow up on the building of the mold.
- Assist in PPAP of new parts and tryouts.
- Support Program Managers and Manufacturing on Tooling issues (both Customers &
Tool Shops)

To provide cost estimates and prepare request for quotes to Lakeside customers. |
Key Duties: |
- Compile detailed worksheets and specifications for customer quotes
- Estimate type and quantity of materials and labour required for production
- Consult with Manufacturing relative to cost/labour estimates.
- Prepare and maintain various reports on the progress and status of quotes
- Responsible for distribution of quote prints to applicable tool shops/gauge shops

Scope of Responsibilities: |
To perform all payroll functions (Canada & U.S.) including payroll incentive program, Canada Savings bonds, RRSP’s, RPP’s, T4’s, Payroll Reports, Shift Schedules, etc. |
Key Duties: |
- Prepare and verify statements of earnings for Employees and process pay accordingly.
- Maintain Employee payroll records in conjunction with attendance records to ensure proper
pay is allocated including various leaves and overtime pay.

Key Duties: |
- Understand, learn, and develop the inventory features of CMS to the level of the resident
expert on the inventory side of CMS.

Record, monitor, and analyze transfers, components, and packaging in MRP system. |
Key Duties: |
- Collate, distribute, and maintain all documentation relating to purchase receipts and inter-
plant transfers, including updates to the MRP system on a daily basis.
